At Looks By Shalu, we take pride in the quality of our curated jewelry and cosmetics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (once the seal is broken).

  • Cosmetics & Skincare products.

  • Personalized or Custom-made jewelry.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
